great location but some improvements needed

I enjoyed the proximity to the bazaar, just a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the rooftop restaurant provided a stunning city view during meals. The ease of access to the highway is a significant advantage for business travelers like myself.

I had a great stay! The double room was very clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow.

The proximity to the bazaar, only a 15-minute walk away, made exploring the local culture easy. The breakfast selection each morning was impressive, offering plenty of choices. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, which provided lovely views of the city while dining. I faced some issues during my stay. The room's air conditioning struggled at times, leaving it stuffy. the window didn’t close properly, allowing street noise to seep in, which was distracting during the night. The elevator button for my floor malfunctioned, adding inconvenience to my daily routine.

The noise from the street was unbearable at times!!! The air conditioning didn’t function properly, leaving the room stuffy!!! The slow Wi-Fi was frustrating when trying to work from my room!!! The elevator system needs urgent updating!!!

The rooftop pool had stunning views of the

city, providing a relaxing escape. The spacious rooms were immaculate. however, I faced a couple of hiccups with the Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay, which could be frustrating at times.

i had a wonderful stay at the grand hotel during my previous visit to gaziantep. the clean and spacious room exceeded my expectations, especially during relaxing evening walks. the helpful staff, particularly samet and can su, made me feel right at home with their exceptional service.

loved everything about this hotel! it was close to shops and had an aircon that was super helpful during the hot month of July. samet, cansu, and ismail were really nice and always greeted me with smiles. room was clean and big which is awesome! overall, great value for the money!

Super chill spot! The rooms were really comfy and modern, and I loved the bar area for some evening relaxation. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi kinda acted up a few times. totally worth it for a nice stay!
